Marcia Sells is reviving her mother’s firm AJ Earl & Associates. AJ Earl & Associates started in Cincinnati supporting human resource work for Proctor & Gamble, General Electric and Milacron (formerly Cincinnati Milacron}. This firm, at the time, was the natural outgrowth of Mamie Earl Sells’ civic, cultural and community work. It thrived until 1991, when Mamie’s autoimmune illness forced her to stop until her death in 1992.
The vision of cultural, civic, and community engagement will be the foundation of the work AJ Earl & Associates will pursue in its revival.
